Brian Hoover started his business in 1998. Soon after, he heard the radiator tubes were rusting out on local trucks and BH Tubes began. Peterbilt part 07-6462 was the first tube he fabricated out of high-quality 16 ga. stainless steel. It still hasn’t rusted out and never will! It didn’t take long for word to get out that you can get a stainless steel tube made to replace the rusty steel OEM at a reasonable price – and never have to worry about replacing them again. He also began contacting dealers all around the country to let them know about this great product. They got on board right away – they were able to offer their customers a solution to replacing rusty tubes every 3-4 years. We have supplied many DOT and municipalities with stainless steel replacement tubes for their fleets – keeping them on the road. With sales quickly increasing, the need arose to move to a bigger shop. With a bigger shop came bigger equipment and more employees. Tube bending machines, tube end beading machines, metal saws all made production time faster. BH Tubes mandrel bend all tubes if possible, but when there is a need to weld because of a tight radius bend then we have experienced welders to do the job. We do not work with production lines, or robots – we hand make each tube. Because of this, we can quickly get a tube out for our customers who need it.
