ARTICLE 134- COHABITATION, WRONGFUL. Paragraph 69 (Article 134) of the Manual of Court Martial concerns wrongful cohabitation. ARTICLE 128 – ASSAULT. Article 128 of the Manual for Court Martial concerns assault.
